GRUPO SAN VALERO MEETS WITH INTERNATIONAL EXPERTS TO INCORPORATE EUROPEAN CULTURAL HERITAGE INTO VET
“Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Environment. A didactic resource of interest”, has been the motto chosen to host the third international congress within the FormArte + program. The objective of this meeting has been to value the Guide and the Manual of the Expert Course in Learning and Service Methodology, as well as its great potential for transfer.
For this reason, and in line with the planning established by the FormArte + program, Grupo San Valero has traveled to Salzburg (Austria) to meet with european experts in the field of nature protection, the environment and cultural heritage such as didactic resource in Vocational Training.
The seminar took place from June 1 to 3 and was attended by public administrations, Vocational Training centers, teachers, representatives of disadvantaged groups, the media and experts in the environment and tourism.
In these journeys, expert tables, conferences, interviews and exhibitions have been developed, where it has been possible to verify externally, as an additional quality control measure, the validity of the Guide and the Expert Course Manual in Learning and Service Methodology, whose contents take the European Cultural Heritage and more specifically the Sain James Way as thematic axis.
The European FormArte + project, approved under the European ERASMUS + initiative in 2019, aims to test and validate a new learning approach based on European Cultural Heritage and the Learning and Service methodology. And it allows the inclusion in any curriculum of any branch of vocational training, transversal skills such as cultural heritage, art, culture and social values such as the environment and the fight against climate change.
